Q. Why was I already in some Listservs when I first signed in?

A. You will see when you click Listservs and on your Profile, at the end of your collection of Listservs (if you are new, these may be all you see), a list of General Subscriptions. These are Listservs you are automatically subscribed to by the Community Network system, based on where you live or other criteria determined by your community administrators. The General Subscriptions are not "chat" Listservs, and will only be used by moderators to send out pertinent news.
